The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, business name and a brief description of the decision or situation you are considering.

Why this information is collected

This information is used only to review your inquiry and to respond to you regarding whether an initial conversation is appropriate. It is not used for any other purpose and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Requesting correction or deletion

If you would like to correct or delete information you have submitted through this website, contact hello@secondperspective.ca and the request will be addressed directly.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services may process technical usage information such as pages viewed, general location and device type. This information is used to improve the website and is not connected to the contents of the contact form.

How the form is processed

This website is hosted on Netlify, which also processes and delivers contact-form submissions on our behalf. The information you submit, including your name, email address, business name and description, passes through Netlify's form-processing service so that Second Perspective can receive and respond to it.

Third-party services

The analytics providers named above may process technical usage information, such as pages viewed and general device type, as part of delivering those services. This is separate from the contents of the contact form, described above.
